Heavy police protection has been given to the sets of Superstar Rajinikanth's Linga in Karnataka, as a Kannada organisation has opposed the movie's shoot in the State. Stating that Rajini did not voice in support of Karnataka in Cauvery issue, the organisation said that it would protest against Linga's shoot. Following this, huge number of police personnel have been deployed to give protection to the cast and crew of Linga, led by director K S Ravikumar
